Product production process
Steel structure production process
Our company has just optimized the product production line, adopted advanced production machines, simplified the production process, improved production efficiency, and will never delay the construction period under the condition of quality and quantity.
1. Production of main steel components
Using automated equipment, the steel plate is cut into main steel components, with an error of ±2mm;
2. Production of small piece
The automatic machine automatically aligns the plate for drilling, the deviation is less than or equal to 1mm, to ensure 100% installation without error
3. Assembling, submerged arc welding, straightening of section steel
Combine the three processes of assembly, submerged arc welding and correction to improve production efficiency, and the finished product error is ±2mm
4. All component numbers
All components are numbered, marked with numerical values and letters, which saves time for later production processes and improves production efficiency.
5. Cut the marked section steel
This step is to cut the marked section steel, using infrared scanning, the error range is within 2mm, the cutting edge is smooth and beautiful, which is convenient for later welding.
6. Assemble
Assemble all the connection boards and perform local spot welding with electric welding; check the dimensions to ensure that the dimensions of each component conform to the drawings.
7. Secondary welding
Weld all the connecting parts of the assembly process firmly, and cross the assembly process, with high productivity and fast welding efficiency.
8. Shot blasting and rust removal
Through the impact and cutting action of the spraying material on the profiled steel, the surface rust of the profiled steel is removed to increase the roughness, and artificial slag removal treatment is also performed, which makes a very good preparation for the spray painting, enhances the adhesion of the coating and the profiled steel, and prolongs the Durability of the coating film.
9. Spray paint
Spray paint according to the drawings and customer requirements, and spray 4 times. After the completion, the surface of the component will not sag, no bubbles, no cracks, and the color is uniform and beautiful.
10. Composite board veneer production
On average, each machine can produce 2,000 square meters a day; veneer production machines: we have 6 machines, which can produce 10,000 meters a day.
11. C section steel production
CNC C-shaped steel production machine, first punching, then bending, and then cutting, no burrs and no sticking, high production efficiency, can produce 5,000 meters a day.

Packaging & Shipping
- As you can see, with pallet can save sea freight while without pallet can save palllet material fees. If take the sea freight into consideration, then price are basically same, but using pallet is easy to load and unload. All standard parts are packed in plywood case. All sandwich panel with double sided film covering. Purlins and bracings packed with metal packing belt or steel wire.Trims&flashings covered with film.
Project Exhibition
No.1: Automatic main feed line system
Silo/ manpower hopper is the beginning part of main feed line system. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls the motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.
No.2: Automatic pan feeding system
There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.
No.3: Automatic nipple drinking system
The system provides fresh water for broiler chicken, which is vital to the healthy growth of birds. Water will flow out from 360 degree when the chickens touch the nipples.
No.4: Ventilation system
The exhaust fan-cooling pad way is the most economical and effective way to reduce temperature of chicken house.
No.5: Cooling pad system
When the air goes through the pad, the heat will be taken down by the evaporation of water, so the air will be cooled before going into the shed.
No.6: Environment control system
The system can control the temperature in chicken house by controlling ventilation fans, cooling pads, air inlets and heaters automatically, also control the water, feed and light.
No.7: Fogging system
It's effective tool for cooling, damping, dedusting and disinfecting the house. It can reduce the temperature by 3~8°c within 3 minutes. The system including main engine with filters, cooper pipes, nylon pipes and nozzles.
No.8: Heating system
Proper temperature is critical to chickens, especially day-old chicks, we have different kinds heaters for your choice, they fire coal, diesel, gas or use electricity, we also provide professional brood heating tools--gas brooders.
