- MAIN FEEDING SYSTEM
Feed will fill up base hopper, then it is transferred to the feeders by delivery system.

2. PAN FEEDING SYSTEM
Feed pan is the core of feeding system.
The pan feeding system for broilers is solid and reliable through the application of high quality materials and components,

3. NIPPLE DRINKING SYSTEM
Nipple Drinking System providing flesh and clean water for birds, which is very vital to let the bird shave a good rowing perfomance.
Meanwhile, nipple drinking system can make the poultry house environment better. The nipple drinking system has been become the necessary equipment for stander poultry feeding.
4. VENTILATION SYSTEM
The fan translation shave all passed the experiment of homeostasis, which makes the air volume keep the same at the very beginning during the operational lifespan.
5. COOLING PAD SYSTEM
The cooling pad works in the condition of negative pressure, and is installed in the side wall or in the gable wall, and the fans are installed in the opposite side. The water film of recyclable water system is formed in the surface of the pad, when the air goes through the pad, the heat will be taken up by thewater'sevaporation.
6. ENVIRONMENT CONTROL SYSTEM
Based on the windows 2000 of the automatic environmental Monitoring Network System of poultry house. You can easily achieve centralized monitoring of environmental conditions within a certain ranse.
Main Systems Of Chicken Farm Equipment:
1. Main feed delivery line
(1. )Main feed delivery system is a complete set of automatic feeding system, included a material conveying pipe, silo or manpower hopper, auger, drive motor and a feed level sensor.
(2) Main Feed line is mainly used to deliver feed from silo or manpower hopper to the vice hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line, which can control the drive motor on and off to realize automatically feeding.
2. Automatic pan feeding line system
There is a sensor at each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatically feed delivery.
The motor will start working and deliver feed when the feed pan (with sensor)
lacks feed and will stop working when the feed pan (with sensor) is full of feed.

Packaging & Shipping
For Main steel Packing, there are 2 options:
FOR LOADING& UNLOADING Option 1- Packing and loaded with pallets.
1) The steel pallet bottom is made of H steel , which is strong and durable with good bearing capacity,
2) The bracings and accessories shall be tightly bound and placed on the upper side of the steel column and beam. The whole pallet shall be fastened with steel wire rope or packing belt, to avoid shake during transportation
3) After loading, the pallets are fixed in the corners of the container, prevents the components from colliding with each other inside the container and causes damage to the components or containers, and avoids other hidden costs.
4) 10 minutes to load and unload goods, save labor cost
5) Can use 40HC directly instead of 40OH, to save USD800-1200/set containers in sea freight
Option 2- Packing and loaded without pallet (In initial quotation we adopt)
1) Use when the steel qty not big and no Large scale unloading machinery in destination.
2)Need to use 40OH, can save USD1000 for pallet, but longer loading and unloading
3)Lay the binding rope on both sides and bottom of the container, and place the goods above the binding rope. After installation, use the tensioner to tighten the binding rope. The position where the binding rope contacts the box or goods shall be lined with wear-resistant materials (such as color coated plate corner protector) to prevent the rope from being worn.
4) The steel wire rope shall tensioned with a knotter to prevent the steel wire rope from loosening during transportation back of contianer
