for the building which is more than 7 floors, the main steel frame are double H section steel or box steel, we will weld some male pin on the steel members, then steel frame will connect with concrete very well, client can save some tonnage of steel and save some cost for concrete too, steel deck as one of the most important material for the flooring, Steel deck can be installed for each floor together and place at the same time. But concrete building can not. The external wall materials for the building, depend on the clients' requirement and design, it can be aluminium curtain or glass curtain wall.

Packaging & Shipping
For Main steel Packing, there are 2 options:
FOR LOADING& UNLOADING Option 1- Packing and loaded with pallets.
1) The steel pallet bottom is made of H steel , which is strong and durable with good bearing capacity,
2) The bracings and accessories shall be tightly bound and placed on the upper side of the steel column and beam. The whole pallet shall be fastened with steel wire rope or packing belt, to avoid shake during transportation 3) After loading, the pallets are fixed in the corners of the container, prevents the components from colliding with each other inside the container and causes damage to the components or containers, and avoids other hidden costs.
4) 10 minutes to load and unload goods, save labor cost
5) Can use 40HC directly instead of 40OH, to save USD800-1200/set containers in sea freight
Option 2- Packing and loaded without pallet (In initial quotation we adopt)
1) Use when the steel qty not big and no Large scale unloading machinery in destination.
2)Need to use 40OH, can save USD1000 for pallet, but longer loading and unloading
3)Lay the binding rope on both sides and bottom of the container, and place the goods above the binding rope. After installation, use the tensioner to tighten the binding rope. The position where the binding rope contacts the box or goods shall be lined with wear-resistant materials (such as color coated plate corner protector) to prevent the rope from being worn.
4) The steel wire rope shall tensioned with a knotter to prevent the steel wire rope from loosening during transportation back of contianer

Project Exhibition
I. Angola shopping mall&industrial park project is a steel building complex with 2 shopping malls and 2 factories. This project requires professional design and architectual capabilities, quality products and one-stop project management services. KXD has successfully fullfilled the duty to help our client to design, manufacture and erect the whole buildings.
II. Ethiopia project includes workshop buildings, office building, staff domitory/villas with the total area up to 100, 000 square meters.
III. Construction site: Malawi, Project area: 15000m2 Purpose: Agricultural products storage, Steel frame: H section steel, truss structure, Wall and roof system: Insulation sandwich panel
IV. Uruguay project is with the total area up to 4587sqm with the 50.42m span, eave height being 7.65m and ridge height being 8.8m. The steel amount is 254.2 ton and the feature of this building is curtain wall type.
V. Mauritius project is a building with 3-floor office areas to meet up the official and logistic demands at the same time. Based the customer's request, the steel structures are hot DIP galvanized ones to deal with the anti-rust requirements. The wall is using the horizontal installed V780 wave-shape colorbond steel sheet which is in perfect aesthetic situation. The lean-to building in front of the facade is equipped with aluminium louver. This building will be a land-mark in the local place.
