Product production process

 

 

Assembly process:
for the building which is more than 7 floors, the main steel frame are double H section steel or box steel, we will weld some male pin on the steel members, then steel frame will connect with concrete very well, client can save some tonnage of steel and save some cost for concrete too, steel deck as one of the most important material for the flooring, Steel deck can be installed for each floor together and place at the same time. But concrete building can not. The external wall materials for the building, depend on the clients' requirement and design, it can be aluminium curtain or glass curtain wall.
 

Packaging & Shipping

 

1. As you can see, with pallet can save sea freight while without pallet can save palllet material fees. If take the sea freight into consideration, then price are basically same, but using pallet is easy to load and unload. All standard parts are packed in plywood case. All sandwich panel with double sided film covering. Purlins and bracings packed with metal packing belt or steel wire. Trims&flashings covered with film

Inspection: 50% inline inspection and 100% full final inspection, make sure all output w/o any mistake
