Steel structure building is a new type of building structure, a structure formed by steel column, beam, bracing, and purlin, all the components are prefabricated manufactured in the workshop and ready for assembling, wall and roof materials could use single color sheet or sandwich panel, all the steel structure components connected by bolt, easy installation and quickly finished.
Steel structure warehouse has features of high fire resistance, strong corrosion resistance. Steel structure workshop is mainly refers to the main bearing component is composed of steel. Including the steel columns, steel beam, steel structure, steel roof truss. 
The roof and wall can be made of composite panel or veneer. Galvanized sheet metal can prevent rust and corrosion. The use of self-tapping screw can make the connection between the plates more closely, to prevent leakage. Composite panel for roof and wall can also be used in our system such as polystyrene, glass fiber, rock wool, polyurethane sandwich panel which have good thermal insulation, heat insulation, fire-retardant performace. The wall of the steel structure maintenance also can use brick wall.

Product production process

 

1.Prepare raw material:cut steel plate or utilize H-section steel, angle steel, round tube, square tube, etc. in an internation size;
2.Shape and Welding:Make the required modifications to the web's perpendicularity and the parallelism of the flanges.
3.H-beam Straightener:Use a straightening machine to make the I-beams straight.
4.Shot Blasting and Painting:Remove rust from the surface Then spray paint (customizable colors)
5.Shipment: (1)  Open top container(advantage:easy to load the steel;disadvantage:high shipping cost, aleak and few quantity);
                    (2)  Closed container with steel skid (advantage:save shipping cost,all members be packed together and reduce friction,the surface of steel members will be much better;save labor cost to unload the steel members).
 

Packaging & Shipping

As you can see, with pallet can save sea freight while without pallet can save palllet material fees.
If take the sea freight into consideration, then price are basically same, but using pallet is easy to load and unload.
